woot!

I made it into the rollerskating!!!! xD I feel so speeeeecial. Oh dear, Sym, Betsy, you guys missed it today- it was soooo funny! So we were rollerskating, and I let someone else use my skates to practice... but then the try-outs began, and so I was stuck with a size bigger than I needed. Now, it's still okay that I got a size large, but still, i wasn't my normal god-on-wheels-self. xD

So what Debbie had us do was line up in pairs and skate downstage and then seperate, circling back to meet your partner in the middle again. But I didn't have a partner, because Debbie told me to wear the skates when nobody needed me. So what I did was skate down all by myself, smiling and gesturing and all that... pretending like I was the star of the actual show... oh my god it was so funny..... because it was just me, and I was doing such a horrid imitation of fawning intelligence......

you had to be there to get it. but it was funny.

so now all i'm waiting to see is if I made it into the sadie sadie married lady song thing... I didn't even really mean to try out for it, I just sorta ended up on stage. In fact, I still don't know the ending of the play im in and I haven't heard this song yet. go me.

What was funniest about those certain try-outs was when kate went to sing, she got about halfway through the first word and kathy was like- "I don't need to hear you. I know your voice." It was the funniest thing ever.

I only got halfway through the song before Kathy realized it was me before she cut me off.

She let everybody else sing the whole thing! I wanted to too!
